No. The patient interface is 100% web — accessible from any browser (iPhone, Android, tablet, computer). No download required. The patient receives a secure link by SMS or email.
Yes. Scribe is a standalone AI dictation agent: it transcribes your consultations in real time using Whisper AI and generates structured reports ready to sign. It works independently of any follow-up protocol — for any consultation.
48 to 72 hours after signing. A configuration session (2h via video call) is included. You can create your first protocol and invite your first patient the day after onboarding.
In France, on HDS-certified infrastructure (Health Data Host), in compliance with the March 2018 decree. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). No data is shared with third parties or third-party AI models without your consent.
Elysium Care operates fully autonomously — no EHR/EMR integration required to get started. An export API is available for institutions wishing to synchronise reports with their practice software. Contact us for details.
