Marina Bernhard
Founder & CEO — MEDS-LINK Ltd · Elysium MedTech
Since 2008, Marina Bernhard has worked at the heart of international medical mobility. Founder of 2MBC Santé and later Bema Medical in Cyprus and Dubai, she merged these entities in 2018 to create MEDS-LINK Ltd, of which Elysium MedTech became the technology brand in 2026.
A lawyer trained in business law, she learned medical law alongside the practitioners she has supported since 2008. Her expertise covers GDPR legislation, AI governance, patient rights, medical liability and the protection of sensitive health data across multiple jurisdictions — France, the EU, Cyprus and the Gulf states. For every medical project, she designs the patient journey, analyses medical risks and their impact on the record, and structures the practitioner's legal obligations. Her research (University of Salford, 2026) examines artificial intelligence applied to radiology and medical imaging.
